I am the founder of Levitch Associates Inc. Design/Build Architects. My extensive experience as a hands on union carpenter, builder, architect and professor of architecture at Contra Costa Junior College for over ten years. This is what lead me to pioneer the Master Builder method of project delivery known to the Kings and Queens of empires of earlier civilizations.
However, in today's world, wealth became distributed through capital formation of small and large business entities privately and publicly owned. This is the way to go. I decided then to form an entity where you, the investors will be like the patrons of yester years. I formed, Restoration & Development, Corporation. I, Edward, having invested my own capital to the limit, I am asking you who know me, to own portions of my product. I would like you to own shares of future value of my life's talent, work and experience.
In our capitalist society, profit is the King and Queen of our work product.
Sadly, the Julia Morgan's and Frank Lloyd Wright's fade away. R & D is dedicated to merging the profit line with the fine line and bringing together history, art, architecture and the profit margin, through private capital formation. You, the investor, you are the "benefactor" and you will become the "beneficiary" of my vision and not the banks. Forget The Banks (FTB), this is my motto, let it become yours as well. FORGET THE BANKS AND JOIN THE RESTORATION & DEVELOPMENT, CORPORATION.
R & D is affiliated with Levitch Associates Inc. Design/Build Architects , whose president is my son, Maurice Levitch, AIA. This is one more assurance of my commitment to succeed in this economy and always.
OUR GREEN EXPERTISE is in harmony with this day and age. We work with zoning boards, government agencies, planning and landmark preservation commissions. Some of our focus will be on the the historical structures that dot our neighborhoods. We shall restore them to the original appearance while upgrading them to contemporary standards.
