2411 Fifth Street - The Martin House
PROGRAM
R & D currently owns the three units on the corner of Fifth Street and Channing Way. Upon completion of the four units at 2411 Fifth Street , R & D will own seven units adjacent to each other. Levitch Associates, Inc., Design/ Build Architects, our affiliate have secured the building permit and expects to break ground on 2411 and begin construction.
SOLUTION
Proposed construction is to restore The Martin House into three units and build a single family home in the rear.
We recommend you take a look at our permit drawings that were approved by the City of Berkeley in August 2008.
